General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the pkgk online gaming platform (pkgk.lat) and all its related services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between pkgk and its users.

pkgk operates a secure and safe online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. Our services include sports betting, live casino games, slot machines and other digital entertainment activities.

pkgk strives to provide its services without interruption, however temporary downtime may occur due to technical maintenance, upgrades or other circumstances. Users should be aware of this possibility.

User Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use services on pkgk, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each individual may open only one account on pkgk. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, pkgk reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number and email — must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is a violation of the rules and may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkgk reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Utility bill as proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of payment method

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Management and Security

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Exercise special caution when logging in on another person's device or on a public network.

3.2 Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. pkgk will take reasonable security measures, however pkgk will not be held responsible for any loss caused by the user's own negligence.

3.3 Account Suspension

pkgk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Providing a false identity or information
• Suspicion of manipulation or fraud
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkgk currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process (according to Bangladesh Standard Time).

4.4 Transaction Verification

If suspicious transactions or unusual patterns are detected, pkgk may delay transaction processing or request additional verification. These steps are taken for the protection of all users.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions made in foreign currency will be converted automatically.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
• No more than one bonus offer can be claimed at the same time.
• The wagering contribution may differ when betting with bonus funds on certain games.
• Bonus offers have a fixed validity period — if not used in time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• pkgk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

pkgk's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback rewards are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent play and active participation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using bots, or circumventing wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies) is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 System Errors

pkgk reserves the right to void any transaction resulting from technical errors, disconnections or software issues. Any winnings obtained due to an error will not be considered valid.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games on the pkgk platform are determined by the game provider's server (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). Once a round is completed, the result shall be considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each game or market. These limits will be displayed in the game interface. pkgk reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Sports Betting

Special conditions may apply separately for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports betting. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, the betting policy will be described in the interface.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkgk platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Participating in games through automated software, bots, crawlers or similar technologies.
• Attempting to hack the pkgk system or breach its security.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Manipulating game results or colluding with other players.
• Spreading false or misleading information about pkgk.
• Using pkgk content in violation of copyright.

• Losses caused by issues with the user's device or software.
• Losses resulting from user negligence or improper use of login credentials.
• Losses caused by the server or systems of a third-party game provider.
• Any circumstances beyond pkgk's control.

Policy on Changes to Terms

pkgk reserves the right to amend these rules and terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified in advance by email or through platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.

All changes will take effect from the date of publication. Previous versions will be archived and retained by pkgk.
